Job Description

Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business/clients to achieve set business targets
Thoroughly understand clients’ requirements and risks to offer the optimal insurance solution
Maintain communication and strengthen client relationships via calls, emails, meetings, etc. on a continuous basis
Liaison with the insurance company
Coordinate with other departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Operations etc. for completion of relevant business processes
Maintain documents and adhere to the company’s data management systems and procedures as communicated from time to time
Manage and delegate responsibilities to the team and ensure accountability for the same

Required Candidate profile

Job Description

Developed strong relationship and generated business from various insurance company.
Sourcing new clients for the general insurance products through a mix of new and follow-up calls, both cold & referred. Also, responsible for client retention as well as selling new products in the New accounts.
Providing Risk inspection along with Insurance Company to the client.
Generating income from corporate.
Review meeting with clients
Analysing business potential, conceptualize and execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets,.
Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
Driving the field to achieve the desired results.
Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Independently handling Lead generation.
Keeping track of competition in terms of product and performance & device strategies to market the products better.
Collecting management information, risk management philosophy and business information for insurance marketing and sales.
Resolving query, servicing issues and escalation the same to desired level.
Coordination with operations/ technical team for servicing.

Required Candidate profile

Job Description

Assume full responsibility for setting up digital retail operations and their profitability.
Independently head the sales, strategy, and distribution of digital retail insurance.
Prepares complete plan including strategy, resource requirement, infrastructure, and budget forecast.
Responsible for integrating all digital activities/relationships into a single platform and ensuring the same is properly managed, serviced, and made profitable.
Identify potential customers and partner with them to understand their needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to the management.
Work with the insurance companies for product selection, rates, and SLA.
Responsible for the successful rollout of the product to the client.
Work collaboratively across teams – including operations, after-sales support & IT.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training operation staff and sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify process bottlenecks and troubleshoot.
Stay updated with new products, regulatory changes, and market conditions.
